Terms and Policies


Orders need to be received at least 48 hours prior to your desired installation date to ensure availability. If less than 48 hours, please call to verify that a delivery time and your desired greeting is available. Weather permitting, we will install your greeting between the hours of 8am-8pm or as close to your desired delivery time as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your celebration!


Payment is due at time of booking. Payment confirms that order details are correct and you agree to terms. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

We service the following areas:

 Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Allen, The Colony, Little Elm, Plano, Carrolton, and Aubrey.

Please call for a quote if you’re located outside of our service zone.

A $30.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we cannot deliver/install for the following reasons:

For your safety and the protection of our signs

Please avoid any type of horseplay or physical activity around the greeting display. Our displays are for visual enjoyment only. We encourage photos with our displays, but please do not lean on or against the signs. We also ask that you do not move or rearrange our display in any way from its original design. Any misrepresentation of our design from its original state will result in a $25.00 invoice to the client. The client is responsible for any damaged or missing Carnival Yard Card displays/signs and will receive an invoice for the full cost of any subsequent replacements.


Cancellations made prior to delivery day will receive a full refund. Day-of-delivery cancellations will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after delivery to site (example: gift recipient does not accept the yard greeting) will not receive any refund). **If you are the recipient of a Carnival Yard Card greeting as a gift and wish it removed, please contact us immediately @ 214-709-8962.
At Carnival Yard Card’s discretion, we reserve the right to decline orders that contain lewd, distasteful, or disrespectful content.

Hazardous Weather Conditions

Hazardous Weather Conditions such as severe thunderstorms, high winds, hail, tornado warning/watch, and long standing heavy rain may prevent us from completing your greeting installation. If such conditions occur or persist, we will attempt to reschedule your celebration display, or will provide the option of a full refund.

Carnival Yard Cards & Celebration Rentals is not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.
